The stock was downgraded at Deutsche Bank from Buy to hold with a price target of $56. According to the analyst of Deutsche Bank, the company will face lower volumes across the board and negative currency effects in the coming quarters. Looking at the daily technical chart, the immediate outlook on Reliance Industries appears positive. On the upside, the stock may find resistance at $55. On the downside, the stock may find support at $50. Any close below this level could have further negative implications for the stock , and a move to $49 cannot be ruled. Stay tuned on it, to see if stock is able to sustain the selling pressure above this key level.
